Brook Hollow Apartments

I just toured Brook Hollow Apartments, and I was so impressed! The community is beautiful, super clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the management really takes pride in the property. I have to give a special shoutout to Renae, the leasing agent — she was AMAZING! So friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. She answered all my questions and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly loves what they do, and she made such a great first impression. If you’re apartment hunting, definitely check out Brook Hollow and ask for Renae — she’ll make sure you feel right at home from the moment you walk in!

I recently toured Brook Hollow while looking for a future home and I was thoroughly impressed! The facility is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and detail. The ambiance was perfect, and I could easily see how Brook Hollow would be an excellent choice for my place of stay. While I haven't booked anything yet, it's definitely at the top of my list !!

Great neighborhood. Very clean facilities, Quiet complex. The pool is awesome!!! Laurie the manager make the process to move in so easy. I wish all the apartments were so helpful!!!

I was satisfied with this place despite it being overpriced until I renewed my lease. Management tried to charge me a $500 month by month lease fee when I had signed a 12 month lease. When I brought this to their attention, they admitted that while I had signed the lease their manager had not. Meanwhile, I was charged an extra $500 for something management failed to do. They put a credit on my account for the next month, but I was $500 short and had to scrape by for a month. I also never received an apology from any management about the issue even though it was clearly a problem with their office. Additionally, the dumpsters are hardly ever picked up. There aren’t enough for the residents here either. They are always full at least 2-3 days before truck pick up and sometimes they won’t even

Brook Hollow is a beautiful new property and a great addition to the area. The management team has been excellent—friendly, communicative, and quick to provide all the information I needed while finding my new place. I also love that they’re pet-friendly, which makes it an even better fit for me and my dogs. I’ve really appreciated how easy they’ve made the whole process.
