Brook Hollow Apartments

I have lived here in Brook Hollow for seven years now. I've lived upstairs all these years. Yes, I'm getting older and the stairs have become a challenge. Carrie, our Manager keeps a eye out for us seniors and suggested to me that I might want to make a move to a downstairs apartment. I did exactly that and couldn't be any happier. Thank you Carrie and also (Jerry, our very efficient maintenance man)

I just moved in last month and I enjoy it here. The grounds are kept up nicely and it is gated so the place is safe and secure. Everyone has been nice and friendly.

This is not the place to live. If you have family or grandchildren who like to visit. The residents are very friendly. Manager was very prejudice, and Rude If you have a visitor they want to know how long they've been there. It was not a welcoming experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking to live in a comfortable environment.

I love living here and not sure who has seen homeless here and we don't have a bench to sleep on. Management is awesome and hopefully your experience was short lived and you love our quiet community. Gates are always a false sense of security and a residence watch program sounds good.

Nice apartments, nice atmosphere, however homeless are roaming through the complex and found sleeping on the laundry bench or in the parking lot. Manager will not do anything about it and tells us to call the sheriff who takes twenty minutes to get there. These homeless have confronted residents who now need to protect themselves so they are carrying handguns. Manager believes homeless will stop coming into complex once this becomes a gated community. That's not right because as soon as a resident opens the gate, the homeless will just walk in plus the surrounding fence even a child could climb over.
