I love my apartment and neighbors, but Bronx Pro removed all laundry facilities without notice and have been unresponsive when asked for a repairs timeline. The building is preparing to act accordingly.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! THEY DESERVES NO STARS!!!!! THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A COOPERATIVE FOR $80,000 MORE THAN THE HPD SET PRICE. EVERYONE THEY REFER YOU TO, IS IN ON IT. ALL OF THIS IS BEING LEAD BY THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE AGENCY WHO ALSO HAPPENS TO BE FAMILY OF THE OWNERS. ITS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST FROM THE BEGINNING. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY PREY ON THE WEAK AND THE HELPLESS.

On 418 W 128th neighbors play loud music up until 5 in the morning, making all sorts of stomping and banging on walls, sitting out front smoking and stealing packages. Tried contacting Bronx Pro about these issues, but they do NOT follow-up nor answer the phones when you need to speak to them. I wish that these floors and walls weren’t so damn thin they need sound proofing! People are breaking their leases not following rules that are stated in the lease and not following quiet hours!
