The Bromwell is such a great place to live! The people and everyone that works there make it that much better! Edvin and Mo are top notch. They're excellent with all repairs and are so kind. Ross is very communicative, helpful and friendly and Gabe is a great manager. The concierge team, with Pete, Ben, and Melanie are so welcoming and helpful. In addition, Leesha is so sweet and always asks us how our baby boy is doing, and makes us feel at home. Also, Andre goes above and beyond, and brings such a fun energy to the Bromwell. He's so nice to everybody. Shout out to him for helping get a bike lock off my bike that has been there for years! Game changer. We love being neighbors to him and his sweet pup, John. So thankful for everyone!
The management team, especially Andre and Gabe, has been outstanding from day one. They made the entire process seamless and stress free, and they are always quick to respond. What truly sets them apart is how accessible they are. Unlike other buildings where it can feel impossible to reach someone, you can contact them directly and speak with a real person right away. That level of responsiveness and personal attention makes a huge difference and clearly reflects how much they care about their residents. The maintenance team is equally impressive. Requests are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours, which is remarkable. Edvin, the Maintenance Manager, and Mo, the Assistant Maintenance Manager, are professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. I feel completely comfort
The only regret I have with the Bromwell is not moving in sooner. It’s a clique but true all the same. The facilities, community, and staff make this a wonderful place to live. The maintenance staff, Edrin and Adrian, is respectful of your space when you need support and actively maintain the building. They discover and fix issues before they become problems. As you walk through the building you’ll notice the quality and care that is taken. The concierge service is one of the standout features of the Bromwell. Without folks like Ross the Bromwell would only be a building that I live in and not the community that it is. We love living at Bromwell! This is the first apartment community I’ve lived in where I can genuinely rave about the great features and the amazing on-site staff. From the first day we toured, Andre provided a welcoming experience and immediately sold us on living here. Since we moved in this August, Andre and Gabe have continued to provide a great experience and are very tentative of residents' needs. We also need to give a shoutout to the entire concierge staff! My friends always compliment how wonderful and nice everyone is when they are greeted by the front-desk staff, so special thank you to Ross, Ben, Lisa, and Melanie! I lived at Bromwell for a little over a year and do not regret it in the slightest. From my initial visit to my move-out, the staff here has been phenomenal. Gabriel and Andre has made every step in the process easy to navigate. They run a tight ship and exemplify a casual, yet professional living experience. The units are clean and of quality materials, there is nearly zero neighbor noise with thick concrete walls, and commons areas are well maintained. Issues are inevitable when you run year-round pool & spa, gym, multiple elevators, and a heated garage, but with every issue that came around, management communicated with residents with updates and approximate timetables.
