Bromley House Apartments

I had a great experience with Ashley at Bromley. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful. I mentioned a concern that I thought might prevent me from being accepted into the apartment community, and she immediately connected me with their third-party background check company. They confirmed that I’d be accepted, which gave me peace of mind and ensured I wouldn’t waste money on an application fee. Ashley stayed helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and it was a pleasure meeting her in person when she gave me a tour. I really loved the one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout. I understand the apartments go quickly, and they may be taken before I’m ready to move—since I’m planning for 2026—but the experience with Ashley was outstanding.

The Bromley house has an extremely experienced competent team that really tries their best to take care of needs of the community. They all work very hard to make us feel at home!!

In my opinion, Bromley House is not a five star property because it's perfect, but it's because of the way concerns are handled in a timely manner. In addition, the property is maintained well, safe, has a parking lot, and several SEPTA bus lines very close by. My neighbors and I look out for one another and can be found having pleasant conversations when we come in contact with each other. Bromley House has a great maintenance department. When work is needed, they consider the resident's needs, communicate their progress, and are extremely neat and respectful. I truly enjoy living here.

I have to say, the maintenance here is outstanding! Whenever I submit a request, they respond almost immediately. I truly enjoy living here; the management is fantastic! Dawn and the entire front office team are incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home. The laundry and gym areas are also well-maintained, which adds to the positive experience.

My residence When l turn into Bromley House my heart smiles. Presentation means a lot. When you see a meal that looks so good. You think yes l want that lt make you feel good to come home to brightness and color.ssPersonally I love flowers and trees too me that is my welcome home What we do after is on us.
