Son bought one of his properties. He was to fix the roof before final inspection. Just had singles put on when he was supposed to replace wood also. First storm after move in roof started to leak and he wouldn’t give name of contractor to fix leak.. not a good person!

Recently was under there leasing until my lease ended I started with cash now. Came time to move out and yes there were things left in unit due to being pregnant and moving alone. When I reached out I spoke with one nice male named joe, the next person who got on the call was very very rude yelled at me and was very disrespectful when all I did was ask about update on receiving my deposit back I never demanded anything but they young man proceeded to yell and cut me off… very very rude very unprofessional.. I could understand if I was being demanding but again I am 9 months pregnant.. no one has the energy I just was wondering IF I was going to be getting anything back from it I feel I should be able to ask a question. Also written in my lease that no home repairs is responsible on my end
