I reached out on Friday am and my property was in the MLS on Saturday am. I sent the pictures via email and asked for an open house alert and Moe was able to get it done. Our property was populated in the multiple common realty sites almost immediately after we completed the steps. Highly recommend for sellers who want to market/sell their own property to save listing fees/percentages with easy MLS exposure !

All the support I needed. $150, almost nothing compared to 3% to a listing agent fee of $24,000 on $800k. MLS listing significantly increased activity with serious Buyers agents. Buyers have been brainwashed to use an agent even when they know the community. Sold within 60 days in a tough market. I did a number of Sunday open houses and Brokerless supported me with online notices on MLS and Zillow. The new iPhone camera quality was excellent for photos that my wife took for the listing. Also, once I was on the MLS the endless BS calls from brokers wanting the listing stopped. These guys and gals sucked a lot of my time and energy with nonsense ploys to get the listing. Brokerless worked great. 👍

The absolute worst service and owner ever out there. Will claim it's a "fake" review, will claim "name not in our records". I'm doing this to STAY anonymous. READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. JACK is the WORST and most RUDE owner I've met of ALL TIME. Yells at you. Just nasty. Be VERY careful giving them your money. My opinion and hope it's not the same for others in the future but there's a CLEAR common pattern in these reviews. PLUS he post fake positive reviews. Haha.

Brokerless has changed my life financially in many ways. I highly recommend every investor, wholesale, seller in general to use them. They are very professional and on time 24/7. Appreciate you guys at Brokerless. Keep up the good work
