Brokenbow Apartments

I've lived in these apartments for 6 years, been scared to review them because they would kick me out of here. This is by far the most ghetto, slumlord, unsafe place I have ever lived in. If something breaks the maintenance man refuses to fix it, or does a very horrible job. My stove was short circuiting, the maintenance guy Paulo cross wires and caused a electrical fire. Then took a old stove from another apartment and gave it to us. There's been a hole in our freezer for 6 years causing food in the top shelf of the fridge to freeze & stuff in the freezer to get freezer burnt as well as spoil. Over the years the apartment "manager" Kim Stoddard has done absolutely no work herself. She constantly calls us ghetto tenants & refuses to take responsibility. They've used me as a maintenance man

My daughter moved in about a month ago with no kitchen stove, no ac and ceiling fan that does not work. Have informed the manager and had someone look at ac....worked for about 5 hours and still doesn't work. Her rent should be lowered due to it is advertised that a kitchen AC is provided. Was told last renter stole ikitchen stove but has not yet been replaced
