The website is updated frequently and she responds to emails and telephone calls in a timely fashion. She personally took time out of her busy Saturday to show us several beautiful properties in North River and Loon Lake. Great place for real estate in the Adirondack Mountains. Jill Broderick is the owner/broker and has been in the area for decades! There is also a rental on the second floor that is perfect for Gore Mountain skiers, snowmobilers, hikers, kayakers, etc. they call it the Lemon Drop Inn on Air B&B.
They were the realtor that we showed the place we purchased. Super nice and knowledgeable. Would use again.
