Mr. Rothenberger was not proactive. He did not provide interior photos of our property to the MLS. He spoke rudely to my sister and was a no-call no-show for an appointment we had. Unconscionably unprofessional, yet he surely expects his full commission...whatever happened to "work ethic"?
