Brockington Property Management Group LLC

As a landlord, I am very disappointed in the service I received with Brockington Property Management Company. Every question I had about the tenant in my home, the financial statements, and/or the app they used was seen as a problem. I was warned about this company before signing my agreement from an accountant. Against my better judgment, I wanted to give them a chance and I’m suffering because of my decision. Without going into details for legal purposes, I will just say this company made my experience the worst ever. I’ll never hire another PM ever again. I share the exact same sentiments as others on here who experienced unprofessionalism and an argumentative disposition from the PM.

Went to visit my boyfriend and to my surprise despite being there for months and paying way over what this house is worth the house is still undone and unlivable. There is no fridge, no stove, no working outlets in the living room and half kitchen, no doors on four rooms, no shower, a hole in the wall that leads straight to outside, no towel racks for the bathroom, no central heat/air and so much junk from I guess the last tenant is on the back porch and laundry room to the point he’s not even able install his washer/dryer. The toilets clog up everyday, when the sink is turned on the toilet floods all over the floor as well as seeps into the tub. Nobody has been over here to fix anything. And now the water isn’t working. If something doesn’t get done about this soon he’s gonna have to repo

Terrible communication go to the The vantage group or 3 rivers instead , they at least communicate properly and all of there properties are renovated already

My review is for my son Jonathan burgers whom is not familiar with all these process but would like to say he appreciates the compassion as well as the friendliness of the staff they work with you in hard times and has great and speedy customer service in request of any problems you may have so thanks again for great customer service and people appreciation
