Broadway Reserve

Recently the complex was taken over by new owners. They brought in a new office manager as well as maintenance personnel. Within days of taking over they made repairs that I had reported multiple times. One of the shelves in the pantry fell a year ago and the old manager looked at it but never put in the order for it to be fixed. The pool was closed for the whole summer last year. My son is disabled and in a wheelchair and the old property owners refused to get us a ramp to make it easier to get him to and from his appointments. I'm looking forward to them putting a ramp up to make it easier and safer for us to get him safely in and out. There is currently a bunch of renovations being done to update the units. My wife and I have been here for 3 years now and until the recent take over maintenance was extremely poor. Water backed up into our apartment and did damage to our furniture. Since the recent change in management, they made it right and have been on top of maintenance and have remodeled the entire property. Allie Stewart is extremely responsive as a manager. When we have had maintenance requests, they have been fulfilled within 24 hours. If I had to rate it, I would give it 5 stars. Allie is awesome!

Allie The manager has helped me out with my process so much and I’m a mom of 2 and it’s really hard to get into places and people be honest about things and she made me feel very welcomed and she made the Step process very easy and honestly, I found everything that I’ve been looking for right now🫶🏼 They are going under new management and trying to change things for their tenants so they can call it a home . The townhome is actually so cute!!!! All appliances are brand new being put into all the place I feel will become something even better

Had you asked me 6 months ago to write a review it would have been 1 star because 0 isn't available. However, the new Property Manager Allie Stewart is nothing short of fantastic. Her communication and attention to detail are second to none. She has implemented a residence portal for rapid response repairs etc. And also a resident group text for easy notification of events, site visits or general information. So a huge thank you to Allie. Keep up the great work!!
