This very well-run entity utilizes marketing campaigns solely focused around sign spinners, hires the most competent and largest property manager who will stop their waddling to disparage and defame residents (as caught on Ring camera), and makes sure their properties’ HVAC vents are consistently full of mold. Would recommend to all!

I had a really disappointing experience this morning due to unclear parking arrangements. My car was almost towed within seconds of parking, and I had to pay a fee to get it released. It’s really important that both the donut shop and the parking lot owners of Broadway Real Estate improve signage and communication so customers don’t end up in this situation. Hopefully they can work together to find a solution for their customers! Even the fire chief who was parked right next to me didn’t know we couldn’t park there. The tow company did show me where the signage was but I still ended up having to pay. SMH.
