Broadway Overlook

PLEASE, PLEASE KEEP LOOKING! Skip right over this property. I'm a middle aged professional who moved to Broadway Overlook in October of 2023. This property has beautiful views of the skyline and the price point is dynamic; however the maintenance is non existent. When I moved into this property, I signed a year lease and then found out the management company temporarily lost their Renters License which means they were illegally collecting rent for months. You can't collect rent if you don't have a license to rent in the first place. When I moved in there were no blinds in the living room area and the blinds in the bedrooms and bathroom were broken. I waited over 6 months to get the blinds replaced. I continued to follow-up and it was one excuse after another. My bedroom closet kep

The fact they let you move in as is , they switches managers more than their undies, loving here will mess with your mental state. They needs to be shut down with all the health hazards in these units with no maintenance. These can be great mixed population property if managed and maintained correctly

Mrs.Keyes is by far the best property manager that Broadway has had in the 5 years that I have been living here. Not only does she listen but she understands where us as the tenants are coming from. She can relate to us all on individual levels and she tries her best to make living here comfortable!! She involves herself by getting to know her tenants something most people wouldn’t bother doing. She does her job and she does it well!! She’s very professional!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!

I would like to say since we have had a new property manager Ms.Keys things have been different. I like that she don't just sit in the office all day I have seen her out cleaning up trash and she even came to fix my toilet when maintenance didn't I really appreciate her and all that she do she is the best property manager we have ever had and I hope she stays here forever she has definitely bought a light to broadway overlook.✨💫

After I moved out, I’m supposed to get my full security deposit back in 45 business days. But after months and months (9 months now) they still haven’t gave me my deposit. They said the corporate management hasn’t sent the deposit to the property. But after I called the company they said it’s supposed to be the property’s business not the corporate’s. It was really fishy. Don’t choose this apartment if you don’t want to lose your money. My packages also get stolen every time, I had them delivered elsewhere. Really bad company and management!
