I lived at Broadway manor for 3 years and then moved to Chicago for a job.. There are no roaches or bed bugs, that guy below is jaded about something, but it shouldn't be this place. When I lived there the manager's name was John. Great neighbors, mostly families. Affordable pricing and right off the 94 for an easier commute. This still is my favorite apartment I've ever had. And if I ever end up back in San Diego, John would be the first one I call to see if there is a vacancy.
Nice, clean, quiet, affordable....Mgr. John is good people..Lives on site..
The place is great! Loads of fun for everyone. Everything is nice and clean.
There's cockroaches and bedbugs and the manager is creepy!
