Broadway at Tamarron Rental Homes

We have been living at Broadway at Tamarron for about a week now. The community itself is nice and brand new, the homes are well maintained, and so far everything with the property has been good. Unfortunately, our experience during the leasing process was disappointing. When we first visited the leasing office, we were told about the promotion offering two months of free rent. We specifically asked if that amount could be prorated over the length of the lease, which would help us manage the monthly payments more comfortably. The assistant manager assured us that this could be done, and we planned our move based on that information. However, the lease reflected the promotion as two specific free months (April and May) rather than a prorated amount. What was most frustrating is that we w

Our family has lived here for over 3 months and I find new things to love about our home daily. The neighborhood is lovely and with the upkeep of the lawns and landscaping included, everything always looks nice. An added bonus is that we don’t have to do it ourselves! The home itself is so roomy and the home monitoring system makes it safe and helpful for being able to adjust your thermostat and lock/unlock your doors away from home. I love cooking in my kitchen while my grandkids sit at the large island coloring. Our dogs enjoy the huge backyard and we like sitting out under the covering on the patio.
