Broadway Apartments

Reposting because since I left a review it’s been deleted without response from management. Funny how the 1 star review was deleted and all of a sudden a ton of reviews came in with 5 stars after it sat with nothing for months after they deleted all the reviews from before. These people are shady and seem to only be on top of looking good and not actually managing the residents that have been scammed into thinking we would have actual management to help with concerns and safety. I’ll add more then! New Year’s eve and day we had no hot water. Surprise when our management was not answering their phones and even set up messages that they were not accepting calls. How is that legal? We get ZERO answers back from anyone when expressing concerns here. Sometimes things will get magically fixed

I have lived at Broadway for a few years now, and the difference since the new management took over has been night and day. When Cornerstone was managing the community under the former manager Clint, things often felt unorganized and concerns took much longer to be addressed. Since NXT Management stepped in, everything has been noticeably more professional, responsive, and resident focused. Tyree has been absolutely amazing since he has been at the community. He is attentive, approachable, and genuinely cares about making sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Any questions or concerns I have had have been handled quickly and with clear communication, which truly makes a difference. I understand that this is an older community, but it is still in good condition and being maintained

This place is so scummy they deleted their old profile and they’re back at 1 star in less than a week. DO NOT MOVE HERE Worst place to rent from. Management is just terrible, they will only call you if you’re a day late on rent or to ask for more money. Seriously this place is the worst, the people here are fine and the building is beautiful from outside but the management is just the worst. I will reiterate that for the last time because they only do what they need to do for their job I guess, and this is only a failure of the owner of the building, we’ve had 3 management companies and at least 5 property managers since I’ve been here (1 year) We basically have 1/2 a manager because Tyree also manages other properties at the same time. I toured Broadway Apartments recently and wanted to leave an honest review. I ended up choosing a different place, but I still had a really good experience here. The leasing agent was honestly the best part of the tour. They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at all. Would recommend just based on staf alone

I recently moved in and the application process with Tyree and Giselle was smooth and easy. I really love the apartment and how much space you get for the price. Parking isn’t great, but that’s expected being right in the middle of downtown.
