We have been living in the apartment since July 2023 and have had a great experience with the office staff so far. Devonia, Damian, and David are incredibly friendly and responsive with leasing and maintenance services. The maintenance team patiently answered and explained every detail of the questions we’ve encountered, which we truly appreciate. Over the years, the apartment has continually upgraded various amenities for residents. For example, the on‑site Amazon locker is truly helpful, allowing residents to pick up packages with fewer delivery concerns. The apartment has also installed a new A/C model that is more energy‑efficient and more effective at temperature control. Overall, we enjoy living in this community; it is both comfortable and well‑managed.

***Please stop ruining the Broadview *** I’ve lived at the Broadview long term through multiple managers. The current management is the absolute worst in my opinion. I’m losing long term friends who could take no more and have left. This management team is causing long term tenants to leave. I know you did not come here to ruin the place, but that is what you are doing. I hope this message serves as a wake up call. Good staff is hard to find and retain. It would be better that you improve your performance than get tossed out and replaced with possibly even worse managers. I know maintenance problems and pest control can’t magically be easy in a 1950 building. This is not about asking for the impossible. This is about what a reasonable person would see as clear issues with manage

My experience has been positive so far! Tiara was extremely helpful during the move-in process. I appreciate her patience and guidance with all the steps involved. David was also very nice, attentive, and easy to talk to. The male concierges are incredibly welcoming, polite and kind people whose words and smile always brighten the day. The maintenance team is amazing: they fixed all the problems upon my move-in. Yes, the building is somewhat old, the hallways have smell (maybe carpet?), and the kitchens are somewhat tiny. On the other hand, the location is very convenient for both Homewood and East campuses, the complex has a good security system, convenient Amazon lockers, parking garage, good overall quality apartments with spacious walk-in closets, friendly management and other personne

Living at Broadview Apartments has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home. The building is extremely old and has a persistent musty smell that greets you every time you walk in. The layout of the apartments is poorly designed, with kitchens that are inconveniently small, making a simple meal preparation a hassle. One of the biggest annoyances is the laundry situation. The washer and dryer units are connected to a pay system that is unreliable, and it can take up to 10 attempts just to get the machine to accept your payment. The lack of insulation in the building is another serious problem. Winters are unbearably cold inside the apartments, and no matter how much you try to heat your space, you’ll find yourself shivering throug

My experience living at Broadview Apartments has been extremely disappointing. For the past 4–5 months, I have been dealing with a persistent and severe pest infestation, including both mice and cockroaches. These pests have appeared in the kitchen, hall, bedroom, and bathroom, making daily living very uncomfortable. Although I reported the issue multiple times and management sent pest control on several occasions, the treatments have been completely ineffective. The problem continues to return, and nothing has been done to identify or fix the root cause. It has been frustrating to maintain cleanliness and still see no improvement. The constant presence of pests has created a stressful and unhealthy living environment. When residents pay high rent, they expect a clean, safe, and well-mai
