After living at Broadmoor63 for four years, I am more than confident saying that this is the best apartment complex in Omaha. The staff is so kind and helpful, whether it is the office management, the maintenance guys or even the cleaning staff. Everyone is so sweet and takes the extra step to do what they can to help you. Whether it’s helping you find a misplaced package or even putting delivered groceries into your apartment while you’re on your way back in town (Which they more than happily did as I was on my way home last week). I remember a few winters ago my AC/heat went out and within an hour that had fixed it. Their amenities are also a huge plus of the building. I have lived at Broadmoor63 for a little over 2 years now. Everyone who works here is so amazing and accommodating. Maintenance does a great job fixing anything I need in a timely manner. The office is always welcoming and helpful. Living here is great!

I’ve lived here for five years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The property is always spotless, the amenities are excellent, and the staff deserves all the props. They’re consistently responsive, kind, and eager to help with anything. The sense of community here is fantastic, and management does a great job fostering it through resident events. I truly can’t recommend this complex highly enough.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for 6 months and have had such an amazing experience! The staff are incredible and so helpful. The maintenance staff work very quickly and efficiently with anything you may need. There is a dog park on campus which my pup has absolutely loved! The pool/gym are well kept and a great size for the building. The building is quiet and everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly. It’s a close walk to several restaurants, bars, gyms, etc as well as right next to Baxter Arena. Overall could not recommend this location enough!
