I’ve lived here for a year and decided to renew my lease, due to the professionalism and quality of living provided thus far. Within a year, there has been numerous improvements to the property (gate access reconfiguration, pressure washing the grounds, repainting the entire property) and more. Any maintenance request I’ve made, have been resolved within 48hrs, mostly within 24hrs. Management is always prompt when responding to queries. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding service from Blanca at the office. Gave us a good tour of the facility and what amenities are available. Very respectful and helpful with us and answered a lot of our concerns and questions. The apartments are very clean and they look very nice inside.

I toured this complex a few months ago before my lease ended, the unit was decent enough and spacious, but honestly the staff wasnt welcoming at all. The woman who "helped" me didnt really want to help me at all. She kept rushing me throughout my tour, and didnt want to answer any my questions about the property. I attached photos of the unit i saw. It was spacious and large. It also had a balcony which i liked. I did not, however, like that the door on the balcony and the outside of the unit had exposed wood and woodrot. It was the second red flag aside from the leasing office. The third red flag for me was in the kitchen. You cannot see well in the photo but if you zoom in, the lightfixture has brown staining, it was dirty and had a LARGE DEAD ROACH inside of it.
