Broadmoor Apartments

My daughter lives here. The landscape is beautiful. The outside is clean and free of trash. It's time for them to totally renovate each apartment for the amount of rent they charge. The doors and baseboards need total replacement instead of just repainting over each time a person moves out. They need to provide the washer and dryer like other apartments since they're charging the same amount. No amenities but still charging what other apartment complexes charge who offer way more. Fitness room, washer/dryer in the unit, modern appliances, dishwasher, new windows and doors/screen doors and new baseboards.

Hi my name is Edie Abbott, I am a long time resident of the Broadmoor community for 24 years and counting. I love the area I live in it’s quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance man is super awesome, thorough and easy to get along with. The office staff is nice and friendly and easy to talk to. They also address your concerns when an issue comes up. I feel safe living in this community and the outside is always kept up by the landscaping company. Great place to live.

Broadmoor Apartments is not a good place to live! Broadmoor constantly keeps going up on the rent charging extra fees for anything that they think they can, but offers no amenities what so ever. The apartments look like they did 2-3 decades ago! It's like pulling teeth to speak to someone at the office in person and on the phone. They really need to do better by their tenants it's the right thing to do!

The community is very quiet, and landscape is nice. Great neighbors, in my unit. Been here since 2003, had many managers and all have been good to work with.

Alana is the nicest leasing agent I've dealt with during my past few months of apartment searching. She is so kind and helpful! I'm excited to be able to call this place home soon!
