Broadmeadow Apartments

Been here nearly 17 years. I live alone in a 3rd-floor 2-bedroom corner flat with a spectacular private view of a field and a river. Upside: The location is perfect, set away from the main road and surrounded by woods and water. Plenty of parking, with ample handicapped spaces. Smoking allowed only away from the buildings. Heat and hot water are included. Up to 2 cats allowed. The apartment is spacious and modern. It has a laundry room, dishwasher, microwave range, and garbage disposer. There are elevators, which is great for me as I am handicapped. The maintenance team is efficient and friendly. The property manager is a smart, friendly, reasonable guy and he makes himself available for contact anytime. Downside: No satellite dishes allowed. The place used to be quiet and immaculately cle

I’ve lived here month to month, for more than 7 years, renting a 1st floor, 2-bedroom apartment. Trash removal, and hot water are included in the rent. All buildings and grounds are well maintained and snow removal is done in a timely fashion. They have a very reliable maintenance crew and the manager is very responsive regarding tenant needs and requests. It is an excellent apartment community. I plan to be here as long as I can afford the rent. All 5 buildings are 3 stories and each one has an elevator. As you can imagine, this is a nice perk. The heating and cooling is electric powered and costs are the responsibility of each tenant. Spectrum Cable and Verizon Fios are also available at the tenant’s expense. Dogs are not permitted, but you are permitted to have up to two cats.
