Broadleaf at Holcomb Apartments

So far my experience at the Cortland Holcomb Bridge has been an absolute dream! The staff are extremely helpful, big shout out to Jade, and the maintenance team here is LEGENDARY!! Jairo in particular is the sweetest and most incredible maintenance technician! Not only did he fix my sink (full replacement and everything), but he also fixed my closet all in the same day! I think I had only put in the maintenance order in a day or two ago, and he got here right before I moved in! Talk about amazing timing!!

Edit 2: 2 months later and I’m still killing roaches. Management is still nice and so are the maintenance workers, but there are so many roaches. Pest control insists that they are Smokey brown, they are clearly German. Bugs galore. Management is very nice and the apartments are nice. When I moved in(June 2025) there was a dead giant roach on the floor. I have bugs crawling in through my bedroom door, sat and counted them as I killed them. Around 12 in a 10 minute period. Roaches coming out of my oven. Take this as you will, yes I’ve called for pest control. Edited to say that the maintenance workers are incredibly nice, and neighbors are unproblematic. My only complaint is the bug situation.

We absolutely love it here. Attis is a beautiful community with many great features already available (and some will be available soon!). We have lived in many apartments over the years, and the second that we finished the tour at Attis -- we both knew that we didn't need to look any further. Our two-bedroom apartment is exactly what we were looking for... granite counter-tops, dark wood cabinets, beautiful blue tile back-splashes, and new stainless steel appliances. It's important to note how great the staff in the community are. The leasing and office staff (Josh, especially) and all of the maintenance technicians are truly one-of-a-kind in their level of customer service. Service requests are promptly responded to, and notice of any work being done on the property that would affect you

I would really like to leave a good review, especially to maintenance guys, but the serious issues like neighbors who smoke pot and cigarettes for a year in the apartments bathrooms and poo all over the lawn is disgusting and is a big health hazard. nothing was done except sending out out community advice messages. Imagine waking up with a newborn at 3 am from severe cough all of a sudden, air purifier is working on high and still smells like in a sketchy bar. Also levels of humidity in those old apartments are never lower than 60% even though I use 4 dehumidifiers for the past 6 months, which causes easy mold growth. And yeah, roaches are a big problem due to the same reason. No matter how often I do the treatment they crawl back from the vents and bathrooms. I guess it depends on how luc

The property is in a very convenient location and is well maintained. I’m looking to relocate from up north, and Emily greeted me with a big smile and so much positive energy! She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I can definitely see myself calling this place home
