Broadleaf Arms Apartments

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE !!! THEY KNOWINGLY LET YOU MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT WITH A ROACH INFESTATION! MAINTENANCE IS TRASH THEY DONT COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. IVE FOUND ROACHES IN MY FOOD IVE COOKED AT HOME TWICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. STILL WAITING FOR MY AC I REQUESTED IN JANUARY 2025!

Incredibly hard to get ahold of management, can never reach anyone on the phone or at the office. Since I’ve lived here (6 months) 2 office managers have quit. There is only 3 maintenance people for both my apartments and cane run station apartments. No communication whatsoever with any problems I’ve had. Haven’t had drywall overtop my shower for almost a week now due to management telling maintenance that I’m low priority. They are more concerned with getting apartments that no one lives in together more than taking care of concerns by tenants already living here. There was a “manager” I met named Sid and as I’m talking with him he gets on the phone and walks off mid conversation with no response to my concerns or problems I’m dealing with. I've had a few things I needed assistance with and the property manager, Sara, was amazing to work with. Very helpful and personable! It's a breath of fresh air to have someone actually eager to help you nowadays! Quick to return calls and she's on top of whatever I needed.

Absolute trash company that knowingly lets tenants move into roaches. The entire complex was infected, as well as one apartment having bed bugs. They have 2 maintenance workers for over 200+ apartments. Management is the most unprofessional untrained clowns I have ever dealt with. You are forced to pay for pest control when they have no pest control company hired. There “pest control” is there untrained maintenance workers using retail bought chemicals. To top it off they also scam there tenants by illegally taking the security deposit without giving the necessary documents to take the deposit in the first place. Stay away from this trash excuse of a company.

Upon walking in, I was greeted with a smile and received helped right away. I believe her name was Sara, she was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me decide the right home for my daughter and I. If you’re looking for a new apartment, look no further…and ask for Sara of course!
