Brizo Apartments

I signed a lease from out of state without a complete tour of Brizo. I was frustrated about the parking changes made by Air Communities after signing my lease, but I have to admit that I have been satisfied since I moved in. The grounds and amenities are clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is pedestrian friendly and calm. My leasing agent, Lex and Everence the manager have been attentive and accommodating every step of the way. The service manager, George and service team member Samajea have resolved my issues and concerns promptly and professionally. The onsite team at Brizo is excellent. The staff is absolutely incredible! They go out of their way to make sure you are as satisfied as possible. Maintenance is extremely quick to help with any issues (which have rarely come up since I've lived here). The amenities are as good as you'll find anywhere in the state. This is an absolutely fantastic apartment complex that truly lives up to its billing as a luxury living community. Highly recommend!

There have been a few roadbumps in my stay but nothing unmanageable whatsoever. Everence is quick to communicate and always friendly. Maintenance is on point, they are always there within 48 hours to fix even non-emergency issues. Great so far!

The best place to live in Durham! I lived here for 2 years and I had really nice experience. Very clean, safe, family friendly, kind and cooperative management specially the community manager Everence. Over all its perfect!!

This is a HIDDEN GEM!! Me and my wife love it here. The gym is amazing, the pool is incredible (and opened year round). Extra fees can be annoying and make it more expensive but I have literally 0 complaints except for that. Any issues that have come up have been swiftly taken care of and communication has been amazing.
