Brixton Lane Apartments

I’ve lived here for 2 years and the apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The property is well kept and the maintenance staff is extremely accessible, helpful, and professional. Anthony is super efficient and responsive when there is a need. He’s responded quickly to me for lock outs, heat issues, and has come to fix my bathroom sink when my niece dropped a toy in it, and more things I’ve forgotten! Living here has really been a great experience.

We just moved in this month and everyone is absolutely amazing!! From Michael who helped us get this unit to Anthony who did our inspection with us. Anthony is SO SO SO SO helpful!! I never met someone more dedicated to his work than him. He is a problem solver and efficient. He is always so nice as well. We made the right choice in moving into here. We are forever grateful.

I wanted to share how responsive the community manager Kate is during the process. I can see why this place has 5 star reviews, the people that operates this location are really on top of their game with getting back to you timely and getting things resolved. Kate was on point from start to finish.

I've lived here over 3 years and always clean and well kept. The building super addresses any needs in a very timely manner. My building is also very quiet, good quality tenants. Thumbs up!

We love it here. Kate and anthony were very nice. We also like the idea that the building is a nonsmoking building. Its very important to us since we have a baby.
