The individual working in Specialty Leasing lacks communication skills and did not get in touch with us at all after we submitted our application. My business partner and I had to constantly reach out and call, asking for updates. When we finally got in touch with the person in charge of specialty leasing, he never apologized for the lack of communication. Originally, we were working with their leasing person, and at the last minute, they informed us that the person we were working with was leaving, yet there was still a lack of communication. Please treat your clients with better communication. Even if you are in a "waiting period" for the application to come back, don't wait weeks to communicate with clients!
