Brittany Commons Apartments

Toured today and let me just say, Julia is awesome!! Didn’t feel like she was being fake or trying to just make a dollar! She was warm, sweet and made us feel at home! She answered every question, was knowledgeable and didn’t rush us through the process. She wasn’t pushy but made us feel like we were already apart of the family! Applying… but no matter what the outcome, Julia made us know what life would be like if we were residents! Fingers crossed and prayers up for us!!!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! It’s the worst apartment complex ever they called themselves luxury. Yeah outdated luxury. Maintenance is slow They take forever. Office staff don’t answer the phone half of the times all the appliances are outdated Lots of Crime/gangs. The gate is always broken never fixed. Trash compactor’s are always broken garbage sitting right next to the trash compactor. Whoever this company Horning is there not doing a very good job of keeping Brittany Commons safe for the community. I wish I can give this rating a zero stars. Thank God, I moved out

Julia was FANTASTIC!! She’s knowledgeable on everything, very helpful, honest, and shows real empathy towards others which is a rarity these days. She had an upbeat attitude and made sure I had a great experience overall. I would highly recommend Brittany Commons to anyone and I’d definitely recommend talking to Julia if you’re interested in getting an apartment there!

I love it here !!! Helena gave the best tour. She made us laugh and feel very welcomed. Her and Dylan made sure we were taken care of. That all our questions were answered and filled in any blanks that we may have missed. Great personalities and definitely an improvement from before. Thank you for making this experience a great one!!!

I can't wait for my lease to be up. This place has gone downhill in the years I've been here. Warning for future residents, if an apartment near yours has bedbugs the property manager will not inform you until it's too late 💀 Don't move here unless you're desperate. Was a nice area in 2021, not anymore.
