Brittany Bay Apartments

I have been living in Brittany Bay for many years. The community has a wonderful property manager who takes pride in her job. Nicole Martinez is caring, kind & professional. She has made recent improvements that have made living here feel like home. If anyone is interested in a affordable apartments this is the place you’re looking for.

I had mold in my apartment for months from a leaking AC and they just painted over it instead of fixing it. It made me sick and nothing was ever done the right way. Management never answers the phone or emails, and to this day I still haven’t heard back from them. I signed the notice saying I was leaving on the 30th, but I even left the 29th and turned in my keys early. They knew for months that I was moving out, yet they kept my deposit and tried to charge me rent for a month I wasn’t even there. All I have to say is if you’re going to stay here, be ready for rent increases. And if you do stay, make sure to document everything and take photos, because you never know when you’ll need proof for a lawyer

I’m so grateful to our condo manager (Nicole) for helping me and my family move to a bigger apartment. She was kind, supportive, and made everything so much easier for us. After 13 years living here, I can truly say she’s the best manager this condominium has ever had. We’re lucky to have her!

Thank you to Bryten upper management for giving me my full deposit back after I broke the lease to move out. With all the issues and complaints I have made this is a true measure of who won this battle I had with low level management and staff for almost 2.5 years. Maybe they will learn something here, I doubt it very much. This apartment complex has many problems starting with the manager. The manager here does not do her job and should not be the manager. When Chelsea left the office the whole place as far as quality went down at least 90% and she should have been the manager this is one of the reasons they lost her. Because of this almost the whole staff is terrible, they have attitude problems all day every day and do a terrible job. Even the mail woman has an attitude problem here. T

It’s great to see that Brittany Bay now has a dedicated and consistent staff who truly care about the safety and well-being of the community. The team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. In particular, the manager stands out for her attentiveness, actively listening to our concerns and working to find solutions. With such a great team in place, we're definitely heading in the right direction. Hopefully, we can start tackling the work that needs to be done and make some real progress. It’s exciting to think about the positive changes ahead, and now that we have the right people, we can really make things happen!
