I’ve lived at this apartment complex for several years now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience. Since the new office management took over, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in how well the grounds are maintained. The property looks nicer, and it feels like there’s a genuine effort being made to keep everything clean and welcoming. One thing I especially appreciate is how thoughtful the management team has been around the holidays. They’ve done some really sweet and charming things for residents, which adds a nice sense of community and shows they care. For the current economy, I would say the rent prices are reasonable. We have loved living back at Britt Lake Apartments. This is my second time living at this property and its always been quiet, and very well kept. The office is very attentive and kind. Kevin is amazing, and Kayla is always kind and helpful! Both of them are on top of their stuff. The maintenance team is fantastic and very prompt with their service. Francisco has always addressed our maintenance concerns with care. It's very nice to live somewhere that cares for their property and their people. Living at this apartment complex has been a great experience. Kevin and Kayla from the front office have been amazing always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. Maintenance gets things handled fast, the property stays clean, and the community feels safe and quiet. My unit was in great condition when I moved in, and amenities like the gym and pool are always well maintained. Big thanks to Kevin and Kayla for making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I do not recommend Britt Lake Apartments. The general manager, Kevin, is extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not take real-life circumstances into consideration. I am a single mother who lost my job and start a new one on September 8th. My car had major issues, and a large portion of my income had to go toward repairs, leaving me behind on August and September rent. Instead of working with me, I was treated unfairly. I attempted to provide a money order for what I could pay, and it was refused. Graham, the property owner, does not respond in a timely manner, and I do not feel comfortable communicating with Kevin due to his disrespectful behavior. I toured Britt Lake Apartments and had such a great experience! Kayla was so kind, and explained everything clearly. She was professional, personable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The property is well-kept, the community spaces are beautiful, and the staff I met was so welcoming. If you’re looking for a new home in Fayetteville, I definitely recommend checking out Britt Lake!
