Briston Arms Apartments

I have lived in Briston Arms Apartment for 7 years and it was fine until the end of covid-1 But after covid-19, management office one comes and leaves after 5-6 months. Especially the newly appointed senior manager Joyelle wright and vice manager Sharon are totally disrespectful, disrespectful, and corrupt with contempt and arrogance. I have seen so many management offices change but I have never seen anything like this.

I’m a resident here for about 5 years. The apartment was a nice and safe place to live in before 2020. Now it getting worse that I don’t recommend this place especially if you have a family. multiple trespassing is happening at least twice every week. The property is equipped with a video surveillance camera, but when you/police request footage, it is not available. People are knocking/banging on tenants' doors in the middle of the night, damaging cars parked in the parking lot, stilling the delivery from the main entrance eTC… There are multiple complaints filed with CPD and also the new property manager, Eric trying his best, but things are not improving. Some residents including myself are considering moving out. I don’t recommend this property at all.

I have been living in this apartment for not even a year and it has been terrible. When I first moved in after two months they tried to accuse me of owing over $800 in unpaid rent. I always pay my rent on time and even before the time has arrived. I had to go to legal services in order to solve this situation and it turned out that they owed me OVER $300 in funds. When I called the management they did not want to talk to me and just wanted me to pay even when I contacted legal services they did to want to speak to my attorney. The people who work in management are disrespectful especially the receptionist ALEXIS. There was even a time where someone came to my house claiming I have not paid rent for two months with the rudest tone and on the envelope it wasn't even my name or apartment num

Management office lady name Alexis are very Rude!!! She has no respect to the tenants. Which never happened before with the old management team. Good luck!!
