Bristol Square Apartments

We have lived here 6 months now. The building we live in is real quite. So that makes it nice. Maintenance I have call 3 times, nothing major always fixed that day. So far at Bristol our experience has been pretty good. We rnjoy living here.

Bristol Square is awesome about getting your work order done the same day or the next day if you put them in at night they have residents events Friday. The building and the grounds are keep clean. I recommend them

I have lived here for one year, my lease is almost up and they are raising my rent $186 dollars and blaming it on market rent. My apartment isn't new, the dishwasher is from the 70's and so are all of the other decor. Nothing is new in my unit but the carpet. They go through several people in the office, and they rarely answer the phone. Its frustrating. My neighbors are awesome! I absolutely love them..... but for the place itself I understand why people have continually moved out due to the astronomical rent increases.

My experience with Bristol Square was actually pretty great. Didn’t have a whole lot of issues whenever we sent in a maintenance request. It was taken care of fairly quickly. The only thing that was slightly irritating was the constant change of management or whoever was in the office other than that, it was a great experience.

Lived here 9-10 years ago and accidentally sent a package to my old address. USPS and the company i bought the stuff from were zero help but the ladies in the office at the apartment were absolutely amazing and helped me get my package. HUGE thank you to them, especially Brittany for going out of her way to help!!
