Bristol Park

This place was an incredible choice for my family. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The maintenance team was always prompt and reliable. If only they had the same staff as before, I would give it a perfect 5-star rating. However, since Kris and Ellie left, the current front office representative doesn’t match their previous efforts in ensuring the tenants’ well-being. The email traffic is nonexistent, and communication between the front office and me was scarce and, frankly, rude. Whenever I visit, the front desk staff is preoccupied with personal calls. It’s a complete 180 from the excellent staff we had before. I hope they either train her better or find a better representative for this apartment complex.

Had a GREAT experience with the folks over at Bristol Park. Kris was knowledgeable and delightful on the tour...also happened to bump into the maintenance fellow. Can't remember his name but he was wonderfully charming. Five star hospitality and charm!!

My experience with the management team at Bristol Park has truly been remarkable. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth and professionalism that made settling in so much easier. I really appreciate how responsive they are; maintenance requests are addressed with such care, often within 24 hours, and the friendly attitude from the maintenance team makes all the difference. The property itself is always clean and well-maintained, creating a comforting atmosphere that feels just like home. What I find particularly heartwarming is how the office staff goes out of their way to foster a real sense of community. They organize thoughtful events and communicate effectively, which helps everyone feel connected. Whether they’re answering questions or simply offering a friendly smile

The property manager is the best and definitely will work with you no matter what ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️….the property is so quiet and so so so clean. And the move in was so pleasant and the apts are definitely cozy ☺️☺️☺️

The apartments are spacious and the staff is nice. Most of all I enjoy the pool!
