Bristol Park Apartments

Living here was miserable. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. When I moved out they called me 2 months later and said i had charges they had never informed me about before which was weird because they always gave my overages to me month of, and randomly they called and said I had previous overages they didnt tell me about prior to this. I paid it just so I never had to deal with them again, but it seemed shady. In my time there I had a literal hole in my wall that led to the outside, my upstairs neighbors tub flooded and destroyed my bathroom ceiling. When I reported this it took over 3 months for them to fix it, and it wasnt fixed properly. There was so much mold that I was constantly sick. Roaches everywhere. Complex will shut off your electricity illegal if there is no court order and your 8 days late they will shut it off they told my friend that if he got $600 which is Half the rent he owed he got it with 2 day and rejected because he didn’t communicate the 2 days he was trying to get the money him and his children was without power for a week at 17 degrees weather in December having that said if u live here and have had your power off because u was late know your tenants right don’t let them be violated and it doesn’t state in our lease that they can shut off power due to late rent

There's one pothole in the front entrance, where the children wait for the bus, and three in the back entrance. They just cover them up with cheap material; they make no effort to eradicate this problem. Be careful when driving into these apartments! 1. The person who does security patrols is totally incompetent for their position. 2. They have no control over their parking lot. You pay rent, but you don't even have a parking space in front of your apartment. 3. They do absolutely nothing about reports of people opening fire with weapons. 4. People drive like crazy and are outrageous. 5. They only have cameras in their office and in the laundry room at the back entrance. I honestly don't recommend living here. It’s amazing the apartments are so cozy and up to date they have a big gated community with lots of lovely neighbors. There is a huge soccer field and a play ground as well as two pools and a nice gym I love this place and how affordable it is.
