Bristol Club Apartments

I moved here recently from out of state and the complex itself is so clean and maintained. Neighbors are really nice and respectful, the layout of the grounds is nice, and the amenities are clean and maintained. The office staff is really prompt and helps answer questions to get logistics sorted pretty quick, I’ve worked with both Andrew and Laura from the office directly. I had a few maintenance issues I was finding after I moved in as I was using things, put in 3 requests and had Hugo here in an hour to fix all 3 so fast! I really appreciate how great it’s going so far here, and the layout of my unit is very cozy with lots of light. 10/10

I can’t say enough about this place! Especially the customer service and care from the maintenance guys. On a Friday night i called because my carbon monoxide detector was malfunctioning and beeping. From when i called the emergency line to him being in my door, maybe 15 minutes max. He reassured me over the phone and came right away. He was extremely nice and replaced the detector, while also reading CO levels just to double check. Since we have lived here, they always come so quickly and are insanely nice. I’ve called for little things that I didn’t realize was an easy fix and they always take care of it with a good attitude. Other places I’ve lived they either never come when you call or give attitude. Bristol club is amazing and we’ve lived here over a year. Not a single complaint. Alw

Bristol Club is like finding the perfect balance—close enough to Chicago for spontaneous city fun but far enough to avoid parking nightmares. Grocery runs are a breeze with Jewel-Osco, and ALDI within 2 minutes away. The community? Friendly enough but no one’s knocking at midnight for sugar (thankfully). Plus, getting to the city in under 40 minutes means I can enjoy the action without the rent shock. Five stars—because six isn’t an option!

Applying, touring and moving in was incredibly easy. Our unit is unique, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. Neighbors are very respectful. Whenever I have contacted maintenance, they come instantly and I am happy to welcome them in. Location is key. Easiest situation I've ever had renting, thank you!

I've lived at Bristol club for about 2 years and it's been a great experience. We did have a pipe burst because of the -40F winter (2 of my friends also had flooding issues at different times), but maintenance was over to help me within 10-15 minutes. The maintenance team and the management staff have all been amazing. They are professional, accommodating, and are always really good about communicating, such as the resident newsletter or updates on staffing hours. The apartments aren't the most up to date (though, they are working to update more apartments), but it's very clean and safe. I've never had an issue about cars/parking. It's very convenient to get on and off the highway. I see lots of people walk/run/walk their dogs around the perimeter of the complex. My only complaints are car
