Not a renter but my is and she just renewed her contract for her second yesterday. I can’t say roach problems aren’t here but at least in her unit there is not but then again. Considering we are far out with new construction and field why wouldn’t there be any insects around. She don’t have any problems here so give them two thumbs up kid friendly and tips for maintenance good staff.

Julio and the rest of the maintenance crew are very reliable and fast at their jobs and willing to knock out any other repairs at the moment they are there.

If I could give them a NEGATIVE STAR I most definitely would. Do not let the appearance of the property fool you. They may look nice but LOOKS CAN BE VERY DECEIVING. The leasing office staff is very rude, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they are very arrogant, snobby and conduct business as if they are superior to people and tenants around them not to mention EXTREMELY LAZY especially the male leaser named Brandon....

I recently went by and worked with Jazelle she was the greatest I have worked with by far. Unfortunately i didn’t meet income requirements , but I wish all leasing agents had the standard she did and work ethic for their job.

Nothing like stained a patio with pee from dogs. Contacted management about issue SINCE WE MOVED IN 3 months ago. Me and my wife have been peed on while on patio. Hired movers for our laundry units and they were peed on, yet nothing has been resolved. Management actually drop the issue because we stopped providing proof for 6 days. It’s unfortunate to not be able to use our patio which we pay for and have to smell urine while we do our laundry. Management seems to not care at all about pet issues has the whole complex is cover in dog feces.
