I have been here now for 2 weeks and absolutely love it. My initial move in was somewhat frustrating since the elevator was down and I needed it to access my apartment since all of my new keys were inside my unit. I spoke to a woman on the phone who pretty much insisted that I was putting the code in wrong. After some time we learned the elevator was down, she then advised me to use the stairs. I told her I don’t have the key fob to access the stair case and that all of my keys were awaiting me inside my unit. She continued to tell me that I did not need a key fob and asked me if I tried opening the door (of course I tried opening the door). While this was extremely frustrating since I had to move all by myself with limited time and daylight, they eventually got the elevator working and I

Our car was broken into, in what I believe was a Hate Crime. I have been trying to speak to management about it since the incident. It has taken almost a MONTH to get a hold of anyone to address this issue. Come to find out: camera footage rewrites over itself after maybe a day. Awesome! The package theft that has been reported here as well is quite rampant. There is no security, no mention of what people are supposed to do if they don't feel safe. The phone number on Google is wrong, they don't pick up the phone when you do call the right number. I HIGHLY recommend residing elsewhere

I had two packages stolen from the mail room. Tried to contact property management in three different ways: text, call, and email. No response. Obviously, a resident should try to get their boxes as soon as they are delivered, but sometimes things just need to sit for a few hours. No accountability or even a response from the property. Very disappointing. Obviously, they don't care about their tenants at all.

In the last 3 months, Atlas Management: -continues to let upstairs neighbor’s dog drop *pee and poop* all over my porch, causing a permanent fly swarm and making it completely unusable -ignored my maintenance request to send someone to clean built-up pet waste for a week and a half -delayed maintenance additional 5 days, blatantly lied to me saying a “vendor” was scheduled (there never was a vendor. They literally showed up in an Atlas tshirt.) -“cleaned” my porch with a glorified hose hooked up to a sink, a 20oz bottle of Clorox, and a broom Whatever deal they’re offering, I promise it’s not worth it.
