Brightside at Etowah

Personally I have been living at Brightside for about 7 months now and I love my home. It still smells new which I love. For me the maintenance and management team have been nothing but responsive and prompt. People have to understand that this is a townhouse community so yes you live around people very closely and it’s not management fault if neighbors are crap. There is a “people” problem today where people just don’t know how to be considerate of neighbors or know how to appreciate their own homes. I can say though that of all my neighbors I only have 1 that may not be ideal but I don’t allow people to ruin my peace. I love my home it’s beautiful and the community is beautiful at least in the front!

My first review was deleted so I suspect this one will be too. Let me start this review by saying there is no physical office on the premises, and hasn’t been for over a year now. There is no security that patrols. There are no cameras. There is no maintenance building. If these few facts don’t send you running in the opposite direction, keep reading. I’ll just start with the kicker. My life has been put at risk on two separate occasions due to the negligence of someone employed by Audibon. The lawn care company slung rocks through my window not once, but twice. And get this, the guy who owned the lawn care company lived in Etowah townhomes. When the man who owned the lawn care company moved out, it was around the same time his lawn care company stopped cutting the grass. My guess is the

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love living at The Brightside at Etowah! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing but positive. The townhomes are beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, and the community as a whole feels peaceful, safe, and welcoming. I want to give a special thank you to Kim and Tara, our amazing property managers. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just being available with a smile, they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and at home. If you’re looking for a great place to live with a supportive team and a real sense of community, I highly recommend The Brightside at Etowah!

No one answers the phone. A virtual agent doesn't stop talking and calling me the wrong name. It won't connect with a live agent. If you outsource your first line of customer service, then renting from you must be terrible.

Overall, everything went smoothly until about three weeks ago, when our heat went out in our unit. Unfortunately for us, it was the coldest day of the year to date. The only help I received was from Mrs. Tracy, the leasing professional. I do understand there's only so much she can do, and buying two small space heaters meant a lot to us. But although temperatures were dropping to freezing, nobody could come out for repairs until Monday. Monday came and went, and we were still without heat. On Tuesday of that week, the worker did nothing so it was just another cold, wasted day for us. The next day, two men came and fixed a short in the low-voltage wires, and fixed the issue.
