Brighton by Pulte Homes

We have noticed several issues inside and outside of our home over the past two years. One of the biggest complaints is our yard. My husband puts a lot of work into our yard and his efforts seem futile. Our yard is full of rocks, boulders and trash left behind by builders. Our sod was placed in winter before moving in in Dec of 2022. We have had problems ever since. Also disappointed in the lay of the land. When we purchased the lot it was wooded. They cleared a portion of the land and placed our house. We were left with trees that had been damaged during the clearing process and a crazy amount of underbrush. We had trees cut down ( because one fell inches from our kitchen) and we've had underbrush cleaned. Needles to say we are disappointed in our yard and the huge slope in our backyard.

I can't wait to move into my beautiful Pulte home and neighborhood!!! Edit: 2/3/23 I cannot even describe my level of disappointment. Terrible craftsmanship. Pathetic paint jobs. Problem after problem. Poor customer service. High turnover. Poor communication. POOR! All talk. Many lies. I have to wait forever just for a bandaid to be put on the problem. "Built to last." It has not been one full year and my house has so many issues. I want to love my new home, but I can't. I am so tired, upset, and disgusted with the issues I've had since day one. Just to name a few. Leaking shower that destroyed my wall, mold included. Drain smells. Loose and squeaking floors. The whole room shakes when we walk. Everyone in the home is under 190lbs. I love the neighborhood. 35 homes. Great place to settle down and live your best life.

My family and I are looking forward to moving into our new home in 2022.
