Jasper Cool at Bright Home Offer told me a direct lie about being the sole owner of a property he was trying to sell, 59 Bartlett Street in Asheville, NC. He provided a shortened contract without that information mentioned. It was only when I requested we used the standardized document and he could be legally implicated if he continued to lie that he corrected this on the form. It was only when I asked for the second time that he grudgingly admitted to not currently owning the property. This lack of emphasis on truthfulness completely ruined working with Bright Home Offer. Once it became clear to Jasper that he could not get away with lying to me, he ghosted me immediately, I presume to begin the same process again with someone else
