Brigadoon Apartments

This was an absolutely horrible place to live. Security is terrible—so many people had their cars broken into (including myself and my roommate) and management did nothing to fix the problem. Additionally, the parking lot is awful. There are so many beams that make it extremely tight and difficult to park. Numerous cars had red paint scraped onto the side of their cars from the beams. There were always ants crawling around, management did nothing to fix it. We had major persistent plumbing problems, and the maintenance crew that came to clean up used my personal towel to wipe up the floor and it had a bunch of grime and dirt on it—it was disgusting.

By far the worst property management in Utah. Kept our deposit and turned us into a collections agency for “damages” they couldn’t even provide proof of or provide receipts of service for. Gaslit the hell out of our family and tried scamming us into paying for upgrades so they can raise the rent. They even lied about sending out itemized bills and somehow “lost” all of the mail they forwarded us about the problems. They broke MULTIPLE state laws and then ghosted us when we tried appealing these issues with our lawyers. I cannot fathom the absolute level of disrespect and unprofessionalism this place goes by. There’s a reason the rent is so cheap; constant bug infestations, constant car break ins, and they enter the property without even telling you. Run for the hills.

I haven't even move and they don't have a space to place a small container to unload my belongings. They told me to google how to get the permit from the city to place the container on the street, which is about half block away. Now I will need to carry my staffs from the container to the apartment all that distance walking?. If you have a truck or container be aware they don't let you place this in the property.

This is one of the worst places to live. The only bonus is that it is close to the U. The management is terrible, they have horrible security, every apartment is molding and falling apart. I lived here for a few years and they never once properly fixed any maintenance issues. They charge over a grand now for a 750 ft apartment that is mostly a hallway. The pipes are old and rusty and you cant drink the water. Stay away
