Bridlewood Farms by Starlight Homes

We're in the process of searching for a new home. We checked out bridlewood farms, although it's a little far from our place of employment, the space in between the houses and the size of the homes Drew us in. It's a new development in Cartersville. They have several different floor plans both ranch and two-story. The salesperson in the office was very helpful. He took us out and showed us the home and let us Snoop around to see if we liked it. We have since put an offer on this home and are hopefully going to close at the beginning of march.

Hello, I am a first time home buyer in this sub division and I am also new to the state of Georgia. My experience buying my home with Starlight was beyond simple , exciting overwhelmingly enjoyable. I fell in love with this subdivision because of the size of the homes, the price point and the amount of land in between all homes. (Plus the community pool is a major plus in this Georgia Heat). My new home and my neighbors have been nothing short of amazing, truly a great community to live in , a great community to make friends and a great community to raise children as this community has a large population of kids of all ages. I have been here now for 6 months and everything has been perfect and I am super happy to be living here.

I just want to praise the responsiveness, the compassion and the professionalism of Mr. Sanders who is the builder of starlight homes community subdivision in Cartersville Georgia. I am a single mother & am proud to have been able to purchase my first home a year and a half ago in this beautiful city. After only running my heater one season, the heat downstairs stopped working in my house this week. When I was finally able to speak to a live person with 2-10 Warranty company they told me that my one year warranty had expired and so that I am now responsible for any routine maintenance and repairs. I pay them $40 a month for their extended warranty program & I will need to pay $75 to have them come out and diagnose the issues. Then depending on what is broken, they may or may not cover the

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of starlight. The number of people in my neighborhood who have had major issues is insane. We’ve been fortunate to not have anything major; but the craftsmanship is definitely sub par at best. The one year warranty where they “fix” issues is a JOKE! We still have multiple pops, blatant seems throughout the house. We had a nail come through the LVP flooring and injure our child. The sod that they put down is atrocious. Didn’t bother to do anything to prep the soil setting it up to die and for the homeowner to be on the hook to avoid an HOA violation. I could literally go on and our experience is nothing compared to others in the neighborhood.
