Bridlewood Apartments

Scott is wonderful. He's always happy, polite and respectful of his surroundings. He always cleans up after the job is done. We don't know how he manages to do so much. Bridlewood you have a great maintenance man. We had to call him tonight for an emergency situation and he came right away from his home . It turned out to be a bigger project than originally thought, but he got it done. Thank you Scott for disrupting your time at home to fix the problem.

Scott, as always does a very good job. He fulfilled my request in a tinely fashion and was friendly and helpful. I feel I can count on his help when I need it.

The maintenance man Scott is just outstanding. We've been here 32 years and he is the best I've seen. But working this whole big complex by himself is taking its toll, complex is getting old and he is in need of a little help.

I've lived at Bridlewood for 5 years. I always felt safe, the property is clean and we have a maintenance man who goes beyond his duties to fix or help anyone. He's a blessing. Our manager is friendly and accessible and listens. My only complaint besides not having a pool or community center is our Gutters. We desperately need Gutter Guards. We have alot of trees and the leaves clog up the gutters resulting in waterfalls directly on top of our front doors and terrible ice conditions in the winter. This is not a job for 1 maintenance man to clean out there are too many and they'd have to be cleaned 4x a year, in the long run much more expensive then the guards.
