Bridgewood Crossing

Just got my car broken into after Thanksgiving. I spoke with all the neighbors and they said its been multiple break ins. Someone even got their tires stolen, All 4! I called property security and they said yea they saw the incident and will make a report. There are no cameras on the premises and they dont want you to have them pointed outside as well. The only thing they want is the rent and its raised every year. This managment does not care about your property. The thefts definitely seeming like a inside job. Don't waste your money here!!!!

I have lived here for 1/2 years.. the staff, including maintenance do an exceptional job. Kim is the most polite understanding human being and very supportive of all residence. She really cares! I recently read a review that was totally unacceptable.. I would strongly recommend these apts. Grounds are beautiful, laundry rooms are always clean, pools are great. All new machines in laundry which does not take quarters! Great improvement. Owners are doing a great job and have hired very dedicated staff! Love living here .

I lived there for over 10 years. very Nice staff especially when Kathy was working. I feel things went down hill once she retired. It felt like there wasn't a screening process anymore. I had a neighbor that was very disrespectful and inconsiderate with their music. I couldn't even sit in my living room the music was so loud it shook my walls. The staff did the best they could to help. But i had to move. if something was wrong in the apartment they would repair it right away. Beautiful area . I really didn't want to leave but my neighbor was just not nice. The only drawn back was because I had been there for over 10 years and we clean the apartment the best we could besides the ware and tear they could have given me at least half of my deposit back. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will keep your security deposit for stuff that they legally cannot charge for. I only lived there a year, and I left the apartment in better condition than I received it. They charged me to paint ceilings, carpet cleaning (which by law they cannot charge unless their is significant damage), stripping the floors so they could seal it...They basically were upgrading the apartment with my deposit. I was charged for removal of an alarm system which was there prior to me moving in. In addition to that, the laundry rooms are always locked, pools always closed, and the new staff in the office is rude, they have attitudes when you need anything. Property management has raised rent about 3-4 times in the 2 years that we have lived here and doesn’t look like they’re going to be stopping anytime soon. Nice area but it seems like they haven’t been screening new tenants because it seems to have gone downhill due to their blatant disregard to property. Both pools have been closed twice in a span of 2 weeks due to damage. Also, safety is now an issue. Every week there’s a DV call so now PD rolls through. Trash is always overfilled to the point where it is on the floor. Requesting maintenance used to be a quick and easy but now with new management, it has become a nightmare. We had to reach out to the supervisor multiple times to complain about the following issues with maintenance. In each laundry room you’ll have 1 to 2 broken machines
