I’ve been renting through Bridgewater Realty Group since February of 2023, and my experience has been great! Kristina is wonderful and is always quick to respond to texts. The very few requests for maintenance items I’ve needed repaired, have been taken care of swiftly by Colin. I love having the convenience of paying through the AppFolio Portal, and the app is so easy to navigate. I owned my own home for 16 years and haven’t rented in 20 years, so I was a bit hesitant and nervous about renting after my divorce. However, Bridgewater Realty Group helped make the transition painless. If you’re looking for properties for rent, I highly recommend renting from BRG where you can put a face to a name with a company who truly cares about their tenants.

So many hidden details that should've been discussed before applying although they were nice but I prefer more details before wasting time and money

First off I would suggest that anyone who is looking into these properties should LOOK elsewhere. My ex and I had lived in one of their properties for a year. The first issue was that landlord did not want to offer us (a minority couple)a full year lease and would pick and chose what type of lease he would offer to tenants by whatever PERSONAL and unprofessional system that was set up. When it came to the landlords communication,it was HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Whenever we would have concerns and call him he would NEVER answer nor call us back. we would have to use email correspondence in which he would wait days to weeks to respond IF he even responded. We lived there a year and never met nor spoke on the phone with the landlord. We recently moved out of the property and he is trying

Honestly, the best of the best when it comes to landlords!! I have enjoyed working with Brandi and she has been more than willing to work with us in all aspects!! And the home that we are fixing to move into is just perfect for us! Thank you so much!!
