I am leaving this review to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I lived at this property and ultimately felt forced out due to assumptions and repeated notices that were not handled fairly or professionally. I began receiving smoking-related notices after an incident where a neighbor approached my vehicle and claimed to smell marijuana. From that point on, I felt I was being watched and targeted, despite no concrete proof that any lease violation occurred inside my apartment. These notices escalated quickly and created an environment where I no longer felt safe or comfortable in my own home. Eli is truly exceptional. Not only is he an outstanding maintenance professional, but he is also an incredible person. He is always respectful, polite, and professional every time he enters my home, which makes a huge difference. Eli never rushes a job—he takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing from start to finish and makes sure everything is done right. He stands behind his work 100% and always reassures me that if anything acts up or isn’t working to my satisfaction, I can simply put in another work order and he will gladly come back out. His dedication, communication, and genuine care are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed. Eli is truly an asset to this apartment community, and I am beyond grateful for the service he provides.

I just wanted to acknowledge the Maintenance Supervisor Eli! I received excellent customer service, he's professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with him in my unit and he's always a pleasure to work with. Made my day! Thank you Eli and congrats on your promotion. I do want to add I noticed in the online portal it shows Ismael completed my maintenance request not Eli. I’ve made several complaints against Ismael and he is never welcome in my unit. The maintenance tech Ismael can not be trusted and I do not feel safe around him. I’m not sure how he’s even still employed with this company after he harasses female tenants. Ismael is very weird and somehow he’s always around my front door when he should not be. I think it’s important that the correct information is kep

I just met Ismael, one of the maintenance team members here at Bridgewater Grand, and I have to say, he’s absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was working on & made sure everything was fixed perfectly! It’s so refreshing to meet someone who truly takes pride in their work and cares about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Ismael’s professionalism and positive attitude really made my day! My family has lived here for now over a year and there’s so many benefits that we get to take advantage of starting with the community package that allows us to be able to save on subscriptions from Disney+ to Paramount+ and many others! They pay for the luxury with our TV and Internet package, which is included in our rent! I love the staff they’re always so friendly and accommodating and always help to make this apartment life literally the best place to live!
