Bridgewater at Mt. Zion Apartments

Please beware before moving here. Management neglects anything beyond the front of the complex. Trash everywhere, breezeways, pond area and all the amenities are not well kept. The swimming pool never even open this summer. Drive by shootings, break-ins and even saw where a car ran into someone’s apartment. Beware of mold, roaches, flooding inside your apartment when it rains, if you move here. When I first moved here, it was peaceful and quiet and even had awesome neighbors…then management changed and it went downhill (everything, every aspect went downhill)… they don’t hold anyone accountable…. That’s why so many bad things happen here. I did not feel safe here anymore and that’s why I moved.

I moved into this apartment around Oct 2019 and I still had broken items, small leaks , mold , soiled ceilings etc in this unit. We went through like 3 management teams and all of them where a mess . However, the current team is better but, they really need a maintenance team because the stuff my family and I had to go through was UNACCEPTABLE. They kept saying people where going to fix things and never came even when I put in a request at times. One time I went on my portal and put like 5 requests in and why I went back and they all said complete; which was a HUGE LIE. Then we started questioning our safety with all the gun shots we would here. My family was put at risk in an unsafe and unfortunate situation. They just need to keep the place up better . I’m very satisfied with my new apartment. Biggest thanks to Koren Porter, she got me in my new home quick and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. New floors and carpets. I couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to my stay here

Recently been apartment hunting and I decided to tour Bridgewater at Mt. Zion. The professionalism and kindness of William, really was impressive and honestly refreshing. I asked him a lot of questions (quite fairly too many) and he still answered them as if i only asked one. Thank you for accommodating me on my visit!
