This is a wonderful community to live in and the Property Manager Deya has always been so helpful and pleasant. And the Maintenance always on time and very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy living here!

From the beginning the process of applications and getting approved was very easy. Any questions that you may have the manager Deya always answers them. The maintenance team is very on top of everything and any work order needed they go right away. The property is always kept clean and looks very pretty. I have enjoyed living here so far.

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental property manager. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, her attitude was unwelcoming. She greeted us with a straight face, no smile, and no effort to be friendly or professional. Throughout our interaction, she was rude and unhelpful. When we asked questions about the property, her responses were short, dismissive, and lacked any genuine customer service. She seemed bothered by our presence, as if she didn’t want to assist us at all. One statement that stood out to me was when she said that all applicants must have the same qualifying credit score, and that if even one person has a lower score, the entire application would be denied. I’ve been living here It’s a nice quiet and clean community any age’s are welcome. The maintenance team is wonderful and takes care of your request on time less than 24 hours. Big shoutout! The management is at his best keeping the area as safe and clean and always looking forward for any rule enforcement 😂 I can only say it’s an HAPPY PLACE that I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for something to call HOME.

Deya made the move in process seamless and assisted with anything that was needed. Maintenance is fantastic, they always come asap and always fix the issue in a timely manner.
