Bridger Peaks Apartments

I lived at Bridger Peaks Village for 6 years. The old manager Diane did the best job she could. The rules were not followed by tenants and were not enforced. The place is filthy and now has an obnoxious manager that complains about pay and no benefits. She is rude and doesnt do anything but process rent payments. Rent just went up $35.00 a month. Usually raised rent twice a year. Maintenance and janitorial duties are non existant. He complains that he's too old for the job. Residents that need to be moved to assisted care are kept to keep apartments filled. Had 4 deaths the end of 2018. They need better communication with family members for resident safety. Dont live there.
