Bridge Road Commons Apartments

I have been looking for a safe and well run apartment complex for a while now. I recently came across Bridge Road Commons which is located in the perfect spot between the historic middletown, where my fiance works and the relaxing Connecticut shoreline. I reached out to the leasing team and with no surprise they responded right away. The leasing team has been incredibly helpful, answering texts and phone calls whenever I had questions, at any time of day! Good customer service is hard to come by in today's automated society, however the team at Bridge Road Commons has this as their top priority. I would highly recommend checking out these apartments. Unfortunately, I was not able to rent an apartment here yet as someone else got to it before me. I just wanted to say though that Joe, from the team at Bridge Road Commons has been amazing! He is so thorough, kind, and caring, and responded immediately, even on the weekend, when everyone else we have been reaching out to have not responded at all during weekend hours. He is such a nice person, and a pleasure to work with for sure. I just want to make sure that he and the wonderful person and asset to the team that he is, does not go unnoticed as he does an amazing job!! We could not have worked with someone better as far as we feel Thank you again, so very much, Joe!! 🤗

Was considering moving in to Bridge Road Commons and I reached out to the leasing team and they responded right away. The leasing team has been incredibly helpful. Answering texts and phone calls at any time of day. Apartments are new and modern with lots of natural light and open space. Units even come with storage outside. Can't say good enough things about this place.

My friend told me to take a look at the Bridge Road Commons Apartments in Haddam and I'm glad I did. The leasing team was very helpful and I was impressed with the quality of the units. They showed me multiple layouts and I'm excited to make a move soon!
